Kobe makes All-NBA First Team and All-Defensive team

Kobe made the ALL-NBA first team yesterday for the fifth time in his career. The lead squad was made entirely of Western Conference players.
Kobe received a total of total 643 points making him second place in vote points of which he got 128 of a possible 129 first place votes.
Steve Nash was the leading vote getter with 645 points.
Kobe also made NBA All-Defensive first team for the seventh time in his career.

Kobe has his fingers crossed in the off season. I would like to see Kevin Garnett or Jermaine Oneal come to the Lakers. Just one more decent player and they can go farther than the 1st round…..til then they are out of luck
